Neal and Katherine Meier are the dynamic duo that own and lead all of the Grace Filled Table, LLC brands. Those brands include Chef Neal’s, Idioma Coffee Roastery, Lighthouse Catering, Lighthouse Kitchen + Café, and Grace Filled Table (501c3).
“Chef Neal” brings over 25 years of executive chef experience to the pair and their team. He is the culinary mastermind, visionary, and creative force behind our menus and food. Though his culinary skills will give anybody a run for their money, his greatest contribution to their growing culinary team is through his teaching and training.
Neal’s passion for healthy living and gourmet cooking has been near life-long (thank you, Mom!). From an early age he learned the impact food can have, both personally and relationally. His culinary creativity is second-to-none, resulting in a menu of food options that not only taste great, but help you to feel great.
Katherine complements the pair with 20+ years of corporate and non-profit strategic planning, accounting, and finance experience. Her greatest passion continues to be building teams, empowering people, and helping companies move towards their goals, reinforce their mission, and increase their impact.
Together, they are surrounded by a dream team. Their team, coined as the “Lighthouse Crew”, share their passion for people, community investment, and excellence in everything they do.
The couple continues to focus on building a strong crew that will help walk out their big mission and vision to gather people around the table, inspire people to grow into their world-changing gifts, and build a better tomorrow.
Outside of their kitchen and restaurants, the couple have the privilege of calling a circa-1900s farmhouse and hobby farm their home. Surrounded by their growing kids and animals, it provides the perfect balance of activity and peace to their plate.
